Socionics was similar to MBTI, however the theory started with the dynamics between people in mind, while MTI started with the temperments of each person.

It is interesting for me to try this speed reading technique and to see if I will notice any improvements. It's been only a few days, and I already went from 400wpm to about 1600 wpm.
