finished the think and grow rich book, second pass

I think I'll review my notes and make an action document. chqarts, lists, action forms, references.  some thing more mentally compact than reading through the book and or my notes.

Should be interesting.

neat idea. this way I can help people by pointing them to my site and have them go through it. yay! another idea
